Appointment Only - No Walk-Ins. The office has an automated confirmation system; every patient will need to confirm their appointment either by Phone, Email or Text (no exceptions). All types of coverage accepted: ministry, status, private insurance. People without insurance are eligible & will be charged internal low income fees/rates
