Offers 45 short-term, emergency shelter beds to North Shore adults over 18 years of age who have no other housing options. Also offers 25 co-located, transitional housing suites for those who are already regular habitants of the shelter. 24-hour staff address housing, financial, and mental/physical health and addiction issues through crisis intervention, case planning, and referral/liaison services. Meals are provided. Wheelchair accessible. Pets are welcome. Clients must call first or be referred. The Homeless Outreach Program provides advocacy support, referrals, and housing search assistance for people who are homeless, at risk of becoming homeless, or difficult to house. Serves Egmont, Garden Bay, Gibsons, Halfmoon Bay, Irvines Landing, Madeira Park, North Vancouver, Pemberton, Port Mellon, Roberts Creek, Sechelt, Squamish, West Vancouver, and Whistler.
