Unfortunately, WISH’s health clinic, located within the Drop-In Centre, remains closed due to a lack of medical staff. The Kilala Lelum’s Mobile Outreach Program's mobile clinic visits WISH twice a month — once with a physician, and once with the support of a nurse and an Indigenous Knowledge Keeper. The Indigenous Health & Safety Program (IHSP) supports healthy positive change and spiritual health & healing from trauma through traditional Indigenous practices.
